Chili Cheese Egg Puff

1 can (4 ounce) diced mild green chilies 

1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, grated

1 cup 2 year old cheddar cheese, grated

8 large eggs

2 tablespoons Bisquick

Topping:

Salsa

Sour Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease 8x8 inch glass baking dish.  Evenly spread chilies over bottom of pan.  Cover chilies with cheeses.  Whisk together in medium mixing bowl eggs, milk and Bisquick.  Make sure there are no Bisquick lumps.  Pour over cheeses.  Bake 40 minutes.  Let sit 5-10 minutes to "set".  Cut into 4 or 6 portions.  Serve with salsa and sour cream.
